They allowed me to check in early and offered good breakfast
The room floors were pretty filthy. They could use new carpets. And they had no ACs on anywhere. It was really hot walking in.

The room was cool and comfortable
Not too many choices for breakfast, so we went elsewhere

It was quiet.
The fact that there was Porno and used condoms under one of our beds

Nothing pleasant about the stay
No elevator, kids running up & down hallway at 2am, sheets had stains, linens looked like they hadn't been laundered. Had to lay towels down on bed before I could sleep on it.

Housekeeping did keep the room serviced daily. More towels would have been nice to have.
The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. It was old and broken down. We stayed 6 nights and it took a toll on our backs. The bedding was old and thin, needs replacing.

Breakfast was waffles and yogurt. That's it. Good thing there's a Denny's right across the street. There's also a Waffle House on the same property. Give your guests a price break and negotiate a discount for room guests at one of the restaurants. That'd be a better deal.
We arrived late. 11pm. The desk clerk seemed like he was upset that we were disturbing him sooo late.

The location is good for going out of Phoenix, via the interstate highway.

The only thing that I liked about this Hotel was the morning younger front desk lady and the manager .
Just about everything didn't meet my satisfaction . The people at the front desk were very rude , and didn't seem to want to do anything other than make my check in more difficult than it had to be . I was told I would have an iron and a ironing board , neither of which I had . The room was either way to hot or way to cold - there was no in between . The hotel claimed to be a non-smoking hotel , yet the hallways REEEEEKED of cigarette smoke and a whole brothel of what ever else , God only knows the combination of smells . this list could go on for days .

I was appauled at the cleanliness. The property in comparence to others at the same price was insane I stayed in fountain hills 3 star hotel for 45 a night. The lamp shades were all melted. There were hudge stains stains and black spots, on the carpet. Broken handles on the dresser, some where missing and they wanted a 20 dollar depsot incase of a broken tv remote. Also we payed a 2 person and got towels and soaps shampoo for one. The best part. I had a co worker to come pick us up, she had 2 dogs that I told her to bring them in to stay cool. In the process of checking out one of the hotel employees went to the room opened it withbout knocking almost hit my co worker in the head. They told her the dogs were there all night. They were not. They took my 20 deposit. Said there were signs posted no dogs in building. We went to every entrance including the check in point and no signs anywhere. They stopped me when I was leaving to give me back my deposit. Nice, I have never one time been treated so poorly by a sales person in my life…! This stay was for surely the wrost stay I have ever stayed. This hotel stay should be comped. Don't no if I would except a free stay. I am a 47 year old man not a kid and have stayed all over the world, by far this was the wrost experiance I have ever had. This place might fit in south phoenix, but probaly. Even there standers are higher standers. 50 dollars a night, well you can see not close to anything else.
